Home Advantage Physical Therapy is a concierge physical therapy practice dedicated to delivering 1-on-1 care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Founded by Dr. Denni Wilson, a licensed physical therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience, our practice brings professional rehabilitation services directly to your home. Whether you prefer in-person visits or virtual consultations, we’re committed to making quality physical therapy accessible and convenient for patients throughout Gallatin, Hendersonville, and surrounding areas in Tennessee.
Dr. Denni has completed training with the Herman and Wallace Institute for pelvic floor rehabilitation and is currently pursuing a certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She also specializes in orthopedic/post-surgical rehabilitation and musician-based care.
As a mom, musician, and ex-collegiate athlete, Dr. Denni understands the diverse needs of patients and ensures they receive expert treatment.

Specialized Treatment Techniques
As part of our customized approach, we incorporate therapeutic exercise, exercise programming, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic services including dry needling, cupping, and Astym therapy to reduce pain and decrease soft tissue tension.
