Pricing

**We are a concierge/cash-pay practice and are out-of-network with all insurances, BUT we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.**

In-home PT Visits (~60 min): $195 

Virtual PT Visits (~30-45 min): $115

All current Home Advantage PT patients will have free access to our app which includes all of your forms, education/handouts, and exercise programs where you can log your progress and watch videos of your workouts.
