In-home Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment (~75 minutes) - $250 (must be completed first before all other in-home visits)

• In-home Physical Therapy Follow-up Treatment (~60 minutes): $200 each

• In-home Dry Needling ONLY (~30 minutes): $130 each 

Virtual Physical Therapy Visits (~30 minutes): Initial Evaluation ($150) and Follow-up visits ($120)

All current Home Advantage PT patients will have free access to an app which includes all of your forms, education/handouts, and exercise programs where you can log your progress and watch videos of your workouts.
