We are a concierge/cash-pay practice and are out-of-network with all insurance providers. We are able to provide a superbill of services that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the patient to understand their out-of-network insurance benefits as every plan is different.
HSA and FSA funds are accepted.

For in person visits, the first session is a comprehensive evaluation and is about 75 minutes. Follow up appointments are 60 minutes each. Virtual visits and dry needling only visits are approximately 30 minutes.
Dr. Denni brings all of her equipment, including a treatment table, and will set up in an area of the house of your choosing. She will then perform a comprehensive evaluation, which includes a thorough medical history, as well as an orthopedic assessment/movement screen and, if applicable, pelvic assessment.
For those patients seeking pelvic health rehab, Dr. Denni gets the best information about your pelvic floor muscles and pelvic function via internal digital palpation. However, your comfort always comes first -- you can choose to decline the internal assessment at any point in time. Additionally, she may ask that you provide your own sheets/towels for sanitary purposes.
After a full evaluation, she will discuss the recommended plan/program and will collaborate with you on reaching your goals.
Dr. Denni will coordinate with you on a date and time to meet virtually to discuss your concerns/goals and to perform an assessment via a structured movement screen and self-assessment techniques. She will then be able to provide education and construct a tailored home exercise program for you complete.
While in person visits allow us to provide the most thorough assessments/treatments, we understand that schedules get busy. We want to be able to offer the best option for you to receive care!
Please complete and submit all paperwork prior to your appointment so that we are able to review it in preparation for your session.
Payment for treatment must be made prior to your session.
Wear comfortable clothes and pick a quiet, comfortable space in your home for the visit to take place.
Yes! Dry needling only visits can be performed, however you will still need to have a full muskoloskeletal evaluation first to ensure that dry needling is appropriate (i.e. the evaluation visit is charged at full price). Thereafter, since dry needling only visits are shorter in duration (30 minutes), they are charged at a lower rate. However, should you choose to have any other treatments (i.e. guided exercise, instruction in a home exercise program, manual therapy, etc.), you will be charged the full rate.
In most cases, no (but we can certainly see you WITH a doctor's referral). Since Tennessee is a direct access state, it means that a qualified physical therapist is able to see a patient without a doctor's referral for a certain time frame (up to 90 days in most cases).
For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time, a 50% service charge will be applied.
